Abstract

The paper addresses administrative issues tackled by public authorities in managing ethno-­social relations in the poly-ethnic community of Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Adygeya. The research design is a specific combination of event analysis parameters for developing regions in the context of cultural values. It illustrates the relationship between the research problem, the techniques for collecting relevant information, and the scientific results. The article examines public authority regional governance practices that positively influence interethnic integration in multiethnic social environments while preventing potential threats and conflict risks amidst modern geopolitical transformations. The paper presents the results of a survey of positive practices in the administration of ethno-­ethnic issues and conflict resolution in Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Adygeya, which were obtained with the help of event analysis of the materials for the year 2022, posted in mass media and online. The research findings demonstrate the influence that regional public authorities have on ethno-­social governance issues in Southern Russia. This impact extends to the internal situation, integration levels, and conflicts in the federal subjects of the SFD under investigation.
