Dear Authors, the Journal welcomes your manuscripts (scientific articles, reviews of publications and critical reviews up to 42,000 symbols, i.e. up to 1,0 of the printer’s shift). Manuscripts should be submitted in MS Word for Windows format. Manuscripts are accepted via Open Journal at the Journal’s site (journalsr.kubsu.ru). Because of the transition period, please send the copy of your materials for 2018 issues of the Journal to chsu1999@yandex.ru. 

The Author grants the Editorial Board (the Publisher) the right to publish their article in the South-Russian Journal of Social Sciences and to use the article’s full texts in the “Russian Science Citation Index” (РИНЦ), and other international databases. The right to use the materials of the Journal as a whole, in accordance with paragraph 7 of article 1260 of the Civic Сode of the Russian Federation, belongs to the Publisher. The copyright is regulated by Creative Commons 4.0 BY license. 

The author’s consent to publish their article is considered realized as soon as the article is downloaded in the Open Journal System  on the Journal’s website.  The Open Journal System  registers the author’s initials and surname, as well as their affiliation, the electronic address, the title of the article, the annotation, and key words,  both in the Journal and on its site.  No royalties are paid. The submitted articles are not returned. 

The manuscript should enclose the title of the article in English, the author’s transliterated surname, and the References transliterated and translated into English.  The author’s information should include the following about the author / authors: their initials and surname (in full), their academic rank, the name of the organization where they work and its postal address, their position, telephone numbers, electronic and postal addresses (including postcode), and the information about the financial support of the research and the grants’ titles. The information is provided in Russian and in English. 

The manuscript should enclose an informative summary  of the article (the volume of the summary is between 200-250 words), containing the description of the essence of the research (its aims/goals, methodology, basic conclusions of the research, interpretation of its results, its importance in solving the problems raised in the research), as well as the key words (not more than ten). Footnotes and/or direct citations from the article are not permissible. The resume and the key words are provided in Russian and in English.

The author / authors should refer to the sources from which they borrow citations, statistical data and other information. At the end of the article there is Bibliography (References) in which the cited (or otherwise mentioned) sources are arranged in the alphabetical order and are given a numerical number. It is necessary to mention the place of publication, the publishing house (with the exception of periodicals), and the year of publication. First come Russian sources, then foreign sources.

In preparing the manuscript for publication the author (s) should follow Rules for Preparing a Manuscript for Publication.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to return the manuscript to its author to bring it into line with the existing standard.

Distribution. The journal is distributed by subscription. It is possible to read some issues of the journal at the library of the Dept. for Management and Psychology of KubSU (3^th floor of the university new building, room 406N, open Mon — Fri, 10 am — 5 pm).
