Аннотация
Возможность оценки политических процессов символического спектра является дискуссионным вопросом. Выявить критерии эффективности данного политического направления можно при рассмотрении политики идентичности как политического курса («identity policy») с соответствующими декларируемыми задачами и достижимыми результатами. Подходы к оценке эффективности политической деятельности могут быть разделены на два типа: внутренний (оценка качеств самой политической элиты) и внешний (оценка социального эффекта). При исследовании политики идентичности отечественные авторы используют оба подхода, которые на эмпирическом уровне включают в себя экспертные интервью, метод «case-study», опросы населения и анализ политического дискурса. В контексте исследования политики идентичности в регионах России инструментальный подход остается основным трендом, поэтому оценка усилий, предпринимаемых региональными властями для формирования территориального бренда, имеет ключевое значение для анализа политики идентичности в целом. В статье рассматриваются успешные кейсы интеграции территориального брендинга в общую канву региональной политики идентичности. Проведенный анализ авторских методик по измерению эффективности символической политики позволил сформировать некоторые фокусы исследования данного политического курса.
