Abstract

Modern healthcare systems are complex social institutions that include not only medicine itself, but also the border areas of state responsibility in the areas of politics, economics and culture. The article analyzes the origins of advances in the medical field, which have become the basis for the intensive development of the latest methods of treatment in countries (APR). Turning to the retrospective of the formation of modern forms and methods of providing medical care in this region, national features are shown that allow you to successfully combine the entire arsenal of medical experience accumulated in the world. Along with such world-renowned leaders in innovative medicine as Taiwan and Hong Kong, many developing countries are actively implementing virtual treatments that contribute to the formation of a single digital healthcare ecosystem in the region. The successes achieved are becoming the main advantage of these countries in the competitive struggle in the rapidly developing market of medical services in this region. Due to the high quality of medical care at a relatively low cost of services, countries such as China, Taiwan and Hong Kong are becoming more and more popular centers for medical tourism. The article presents the significant opportunities of the Russian centers of atomic medicine in the Far East, which are currently not fully used. At the same time, it is important that all the latest medical technologies become the property of people who need them, and not the subject of commercialization.
