Аннотация
Социальный запрос на изучение физической культуры и спорта (массового и профессионального) социологическими методами существует в России уже более ста лет. Физкультура и спорт являются неотъемлемыми частями общественной, культурной, а также социально-политической жизни. В разные исторические периоды на первый план выходили вопросы изучения ценностных ориентаций и мотивации, социализации через спорт, воспитания и оздоровления, отношения к физкультуре, проблематика олимпийского и массового спортивного движения и др. Все это можно обнаружить в научных публикациях отечественных социологов и других ученых социально-гуманитарного профиля. Между тем анализ социологических публикаций по данной тематике и их систематизация, за исключением работы отечественного социолога О. А. Мильштейна, практически не проводились. В данной работе с помощью сравнительно-исторического и проблемно-хронологического подходов проведен научный анализ разнообразных источников: брошюр, статей и монографий, диссертаций и периодики. В результате выявлены основные тематические направления социологических исследований физической культуры и спорта в России, особенности проведения социологических исследований в разные исторические периоды. Процесс институционализации социологии спорта рассматривается в тесной связи с процессами институционализации российской социологии. Кроме того, авторы изучают преподавание в российских вузах учебных курсов по социологии физической культуры и спорта. Этот процесс начался в 1920‑е гг., а затем был прерван. Вновь к данным дисциплинам отдельные вузы стали возвращаться в конце 1960‑х, а их широкое распространение началось в конце ХХ — начале ХХI в., что связано с признанием в стране социологии и общественным запросом на изучение спортивной тематики. В 2000–2020‑х гг. можно констатировать увеличение числа научных публикаций по социологии физической культуры и спорта, а также появление целого ряда учебных пособий по данному направлению.
