Аннотация
Статья посвящена малоизученной проблеме — выявлению субъектных проявлений произвольной саморегуляции у высококлассных спортсменов, занимающихся капоэйрой. Особое внимание уделено анализу характеристик спортивной деятельности, которая становится формой творческой активности и самореализации, требующей развития личностного начала и субъектности. Обоснована необходимость исследования взаимосвязи осознанной саморегуляции с гармоничностью и эмоциональным интеллектом как значимых факторов саморегуляции. Подобные исследования ранее на выборке капоэйристов высокого класса не проводились. В эмпирическом исследовании принимали участие 100 спортсменов обоего пола (M = 29,8; SD = 6,31). Использованы методики: «Стиль саморегуляции поведения — ССП 98» В. И. Моросановой, «Эмоциональный интеллект» Н. Холла, «Интегральная гармоничность личности ИГЛ‑3» О. И. Моткова. Сквозь призму саморегуляции установлены качественные различия в показателях эмоционального интеллекта и гармоничности у капоэйристов и респондентов, занимающихся контактными единоборствами. Обосновано и доказано, что интегральный показатель эмоционального интеллекта капоэйристов находится на среднем уровне (М = 42,3; SD=22,3), однако капоэйристы превосходят спортсменов, занимающихся контактными единоборствами, в понимании и осознании своих эмоций (t = 6,56; р ≤ 0,05), распознавании эмоций других (t = 3,09; р ≤ 0,05). Соответственно, капоэйристы обладают более развитыми способностями к пониманию своих и чужих эмоций, более гармоничны, чем спортсмены, занимающихся контактными единоборствами. Выявлен регуляторный профиль спортсменов, занимающихся капоэйрой, — гармоничный, или сглаженный. Гармоничный профиль личности является предпосылкой успешности человека в разных видах активности, в том числе и в спортивной деятельности. Обосновано, что эмоциональный интеллект и гармоничность являются ценным субъектным ресурсом саморегуляции. Подчеркивается значимость развития эмоционального интеллекта и гармоничности, позволяющих достигать экстериоризации субъектного потенциала личности и согласованности между личностными ценностями и внешними условиями спортивной деятельности, в рамках которой субъект самореализовывается.
