Аннотация
Статья содержит теоретические и эмпирические данные изучения взаимосвязи адаптационных возможностей и ценностных оснований жизненной успешности личности. Актуальность научной проблемы заключается в поиске новых подходов к пониманию и исследованию адаптационных возможностей и успешности личности в современном мире. Новизна исследования заключается в апробации концепта жизненной успешности личности как метаресурса в системе саморегуляции, осуществляющего функцию рефлексивного сопоставления социальных и индивидуальных ценностных оснований с целью построения собственной концепции успешной жизни и выступающего как система взаимосвязанных механизмов, свойств и состояний. Методологическими основаниями в понимании жизненной успешности являются принципы регулятивного, субъектного и ресурсного подходов. Особое внимание уделяется ценностным основаниям жизненной успешности и их взаимосвязи с адаптационными возможностями личности. Ценностные основания задают базовые координаты для формирования и реализации адаптационных возможностей личности. Цель исследования: изучить выраженность ценностных оснований и адаптационных возможностей личности, а также выявить их взаимосвязь в выборке респондентов, находящихся в начале периода молодости (на примере слушателей образовательных организаций МВД). В результате эмпирического исследования выявилась проблема: в выборке с высокими показателями жизненной успешности, адаптационных возможностей и оформленной иерархии ценностных оснований жизненной успешности лишь некоторые ценностные основания имеют значимые взаимосвязи с адаптационными возможностями и могут являться как ресурсным фактором и задавать направление для адаптации в целом, так и тормозящим фактором адаптации. Полученные результаты расширяют знания о представлениях о жизненной успешности в молодежной среде, о приоритетных ценностях и участии данных ценностей в процессах адаптации личности.
